1. Rat
Rats are creative and flexible. They are very clever in learning about new things, and like to walk ahead in front of fashion. Correspondently their opinions can be very surprising sometimes. You should remember that they must feel that they have enough freedom to show their special thinking and behavior style. If you want to comment about their behaviors, chothes, talking, etc, you must not make them feel that you are depriving their freedom. Actually the best is that you avoid as much as you can to make any negative comment about them.
2. Ox
Oxen are honest, loyal and don't like to disturb others. They are really very nice people. They often take works which are not their resposibilities. When some lazy colleagues try to utilize their kindness, they are not good at refusing the unreasonable requirements. If you can show your rightousness when they need help, they will look you as a real friend. It is very nice to have a female colleague of zodiac ox as friend.
3. Tiger
Tigers are brave and resolute, meanwhile they are actionists. However, they are very impatient and a little careless. To get respects of them, you should show them your efficiency on working. When they make mistakes on job, you must avoid critizing them in front of many people. Otherwise, they can be angry with you. It is best you can tell them about mistakes privately, if it is possible.
4. Rabbit
Rabbits are gentle, polite, moderate, patient and responsive. You must be polite if you will that she has good impression on you. If she thinks you are rude or are short of responsibility, she will look down you, although she doesn't show this openly.
5. Dragon
Dragons look cold. They are ambitious and charming. It is easy for other people to think they are not easy to get close to. 6. Snake
Snakes look cold, but inside of them are very warm. It takes time for them to trust anything or anybody, because they will observe and study the person/thing thoroughly, before they trust him/it. So you must be patient when you get along with a female snake.

Horses have many advantages. For example, they are easy going and clever. However, they refuse always to concede any defeat. So you must avoid critizing them directly. Goats are persistent. However, their insides
and outsides are not consistent. When they are threatened, they keep silent

Female monkeys are clever and elegant. You can get a lot of good suggestions about life and living style from them. However, if someone treats them badly, they will certainly revenge. You must be careful and don't offend them either mindly or unmindly.
10. Rooster
Roosters are good at reading the minds of others. They are able to keep calm when something happens suddenly, and they are clever to treat emergencies. They are warm, social, competent and like to help others. If you have a rooster as colleague, your everyday's life becomes much easier. However, they like to exaggerate a little bit sometimes. You don't need alway trust every exciting story/experience they told you. In addition, they don't like authority. You should not talk too much about power using of you or other people to them, otherwise they will miss interesting in you and even have bad impressions on you.

Dogs are
conservative and very careful. It takes long time for them to trust someone. But they are very
loyal to friends. They can even break a rule to help a friend. They are
not good at communication, although they are very clever. So you should not make any quick conclusion when you feel they are offensive, because it is very possible they are just misunderstood.
They are some subjective. Sometimes they make conclusion based on pure
deducing. You must dig details and make your own judgement when they tell you something. Don't just take what you are told by them.
12. Pig
Pigs are calm and careful. They like to do everything by themselves. On another side, they are not able to refuse. So you should not ask too much help from them, because they are already too tired. If you can give them a hand sometimes, they will remember your kindness and appreciate you.
